Build your own solar mobile charger in 8 steps

Science give us many beautiful gifts to make our life easy and comfortable.
Mobile phone is also a very nice gift of science. Which connect we to our relatives and friends and reduce distance between us.
Every electronic device need electric power to work, so it need power supply to recharge. Solar energy is alternative of power supply to get recharge your cell phone, whenever you want.

To build your own solar mobile charger in basic steps:
Step 1:
Collect these Materials
You will need the following:
•An Altoids tin box.
•a small car USB charger.
•a small toggle switch.
•a rechargeable nine volt battery and a clip.
•a small solar panel.


Additional accessory:-
drill, Dremel, some wire, a screwdriver and hot glue.



Step 2:
After collecting necessary accessories, switch to next step
Take Apart The Charger.
Take off all the casing.
Find the screw on the front face and remove it.

Step 3:
After complete the 2 step switch to mechanical work of the job.
First of all Cut The Holes.

Use the Dremel to cut a hole for the USB port on the side and another hole for the switch. Drill two holes in the top for the solar panel wires.



Step 4:
Fourth and task for electronic students.
Soldering
Take the ground wire from the clip and solder it directly to the strips of metal that come out of the charger. Take the positive wire and solder it to one of the pins on the switch. Then put another wire leading from the switch to the positive strip of metal on the charger. - see the pictures for help.



Step 5:
In this step, now assemble the all as-series and
Put Together.

Step 6:
Solar Panel:- use to convert the solar power into electrical energy.
Mount it on the tin box.

Lead the two wires from the solar panel through their holes.
Step 7:
Connections:
This time to make electric path to flow the current in the whole circuit.
Solder the panel's positive wire to the positive wire coming from the battery clip. Solder the panel's ground wire to the outside strip of metal on the charger.
Step 8:
Final step of your creation
Testing and mount it, into sun light.

Let it sit in the sun for a couple hours and plug it in!
